• Support the daily operations, service fulfillment, internal coordination, client follow-up, task tracking, and operational accountability of Enterprise Management Solutions LLC.
• Coordinate work across assigned agents and supporting departments, including sales agents, receivables personnel, administrative support, and vendors.
• Maintain daily operational task lists and trackers.
• Monitor open assignments, pending service items, and overdue tasks.
• Track client service requests, internal assignments, and leadership directives.
• Follow up with assigned agents and departments to ensure work is completed.
• Help coordinate fulfillment of services and ensure client-facing deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Track leads, referrals, inquiries, and service requests received through company channels.

• Coordinate, compile, and prepare all licensing applications for submission to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
• Ensure all application materials are complete, accurate, and compliant with jurisdictional requirements
• Maintain detailed knowledge of licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all licensing agencies
• Maintain a centralized licensing log/dashboard with real-time status updates for all applications and active licenses
• Track all license expiration dates across all entities
• Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready records of all applications and agency correspondence
• Provide licensing coordination services to external entities contracted with Enterprise
