High Ticket Sales Representative

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students

• Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets

Outbound Sales Representative

Sales Representative

Support Engineer

• Resolve technical requests in chat across HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and other company tools within defined SLAs
• Own the support queue end-to-end: triage incoming requests, prioritize effectively, keep work in progress low, and prevent backlog buildup
• Proactively escalate blocked or high-risk items rather than allowing them to stall
• Support routine operational work and HubSpot administration, including workflows, automations, and reporting
• Build and maintain automations across Slack, Aircall, Stripe, Zoom, and other systems
• Improve internal processes using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Google Apps Script
• Identify repetitive tasks and continuously look for opportunities to streamline or automate them

Helpdesk Specialist – Technical Support, Operations

Artificial Intelligence

• Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)
• Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
• Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms
• Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs
• Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency

AI Automation, Optimization Specialist

• - Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)

Customer Retention Specialist

• - Handle refunds and transfer requests on a day-to-day basis, retaining a high percentage of saved students and cash paid.
• - Engage with customers to resolve concerns, improve satisfaction, and encourage loyalty.
• - Handle chargeback cases (US,UK, APAC markets) promptly, providing necessary documentation and resolutions.
• - Actively work in the CRM to keep track of cases and maintain the Refunds Report and the Monthly KPI report to improve refund-related processes.
• - Attend weekly production meetings with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to address concerns and align on strategies.
• - Manage the Welcome Back Credits process for re-engaging former customers.
• - Manage payment recovery, including failed payments and second deposit collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with payment plans.
• - Handle and resolve student billing inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and efficient support.
• - Hold monthly cross-functional meetings to assess the general picture, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
• - Assist with additional operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflows and team efficiency.
• - Improve internal processes and offer solutions.
