• Interview Prospective Instructors: Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission.
• Convey ELVTR’s Vision: Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
• Qualify Candidates: Make recommendations for candidates you believe have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students.
• Coordinate with the Production Team: Transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process.
• Support Talent Acquisition: Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing.

• Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding
• Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks (burnout, low performance, retention concerns)
• Partner closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness, improve performance, and resolve complex people matters
• Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives to build strong managerial capability
• Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Support compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with business goal

Customer Retention Specialist

• Handle refunds and transfer requests on a day-to-day basis, retaining a high percentage of saved students and cash paid.
• Engage with customers to resolve concerns, improve satisfaction, and encourage loyalty.
• Handle chargeback cases (US,UK, APAC markets) promptly, providing necessary documentation and resolutions.
• Actively work in the CRM to keep track of cases and maintain the Refunds Report and the Monthly KPI report to improve refund-related processes.
• Attend weekly production meetings with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to address concerns and align on strategies.
• Manage the Welcome Back Credits process for re-engaging former customers.
• Manage payment recovery, including failed payments and second deposit collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with payment plans.
• Handle and resolve student billing inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and efficient support.
• Hold monthly cross-functional meetings to assess the general picture, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed, ensuring smooth workflows and team efficiency.
• Improve internal processes and offer solutions.
