Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Operations, RevOps, automation, or a similar role
experience with n8n, Zapier, Supabase, or Vercel
experience with Claude, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex
ability to prototype tools using AI-assisted development
experience interviewing business stakeholders and translating business needs into clear requirements
experience writing PRDs, specs, user stories, workflow documentation, or acceptance criteria
strong structured thinking and communication skills
practical understanding of software development workflows
basic technical fluency: APIs, databases, integrations, permissions, user roles, logs, errors, and deployment basics
enough design judgment to ship clean, trustworthy user-facing flows with AI design tools
respect for data privacy, security, and brand risk when building things real users touch
a portfolio of real work you can show us, with your personal contribution clearly identifiable
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
