• Serve as the accounting lead for our NetSuite ERP implementation.
• Clean up legacy data, map the new chart of accounts, and build out custom reports to support a multi-brand retail/QSR environment.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Personally prepare and review complex journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and financial statements.

Franchise Development Manager

Marketing

• Own the end-to-end creative review process between agency and channel owners—consolidating feedback, managing revision cycles, and ensuring assets are delivered on spec and on time across Edible Arrangements and Rōti campaigns
• Traffic approved campaign assets to channel owners across paid media, email, social, web, and in-store, maintaining quality and accuracy at every handoff
• Lead pre-campaign launch readiness—confirming assets are in-platform, campaigns are set up correctly, and all cross-functional teams are aligned before go-live
• Track and synthesize mid-campaign and post-campaign performance data in collaboration with channel owners, supporting the Sr. Manager, IMC in optimization decisions and reporting.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the Edibles.com ecommerce storefront and Atlanta retail location
• Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all channels
• Manage inventory transfers between locations and proactively flag and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure optimal in-stock levels while minimizing shrink, waste, and operational disruption
• Place and track purchase orders through NetSuite from creation through receipt, ensuring accuracy at every stage

• Develop and execute the end-to-end off-premise strategy for 700+ franchise locations spanning multipole brands within the portfolio, including, but not limited to, the Edible Arrangements and Roti locations.
• Support existing and new 3P (third-party) delivery partner relationships, communication, and optimization strategies across a multi-brand portfolio. Examples include Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and ezCater.
• Liaison with Operations leads to ensuring highest reliability metrics for all off-premise third-party partners.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Operations & Marketing teams to lead the optimization of 3P menus, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and profile merchandising.
• Own KPIs for third-party relationships, presenting to senior leadership and spearheading recommendations and execution of optimizations to improve performance.
• Providing weekly and monthly performance reporting, showcasing successful optimizations results and continued strategies for growth in off-premise third party sales.
