• Develop and execute the end-to-end off-premise strategy for 700+ franchise locations spanning multipole brands within the portfolio, including, but not limited to, the Edible Arrangements and Roti locations.
• Support existing and new 3P (third-party) delivery partner relationships, communication, and optimization strategies across a multi-brand portfolio. Examples include Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and ezCater.
• Liaison with Operations leads to ensuring highest reliability metrics for all off-premise third-party partners.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Operations & Marketing teams to lead the optimization of 3P menus, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and profile merchandising.

• Define and execute the enterprise AI and data engineering roadmap across our multi-brand portfolio, translating CEO vision into a concrete, phased build plan.
• Lead the maturation of our data architecture on Azure — including evaluation and implementation of a modern data platform (Snowflake or Databricks) — to create the infrastructure foundation that AI and ML initiatives require.
