• Identify and qualify high-quality leads (HQLs) aligned to DoiT’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in the Nordics and DACH market.
• Execute strategic, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, video, social selling) to engage decision-makers in localized, culturally relevant ways.

Business Development Representative, German Speaker

Operations

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, providing engagement management and strategic FinOps advisory services
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships within the customer account to identify business goals and objectives related to their FinOps journey
• Educate DoiT customers on the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform features that support their goals and drive product adoption
• Assess customer FinOps maturity using the DoiT FinOps Maturity Assessment and build roadmaps to improve maturity
• Manage ongoing workstreams with customers, driving accountability within DoiT and the customer team to ensure success
• Document and share customer feedback on the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform and FinOps practice
• Own overall customer satisfaction for your customer portfolio and resolve issues and escalations collaboratively
• Maintain the customer 360 in our Customer Success platform, creating a referenceable source of truth for the customer account and health
• Partner with the DoiT sales team to ensure successful renewals and client retention
• Represent DoiT at industry events (e.g. cloud summits and annual conferences)

Principal FinOps Strategist

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of accounts across the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
• Deliver customer training and education on the DoiT console
• Build deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects) to align our solutions to their business goals
• Identify risk utilizing health scores, product usage, and customer sentiment and create mitigation plans in collaboration with DoiT Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and leadership
• Evaluate and analyze customer needs and share information with the DoiT organization and your manager
• Build trust and transparency with customers and act as a customer advocate (operate as the “voice of the customer”)
• Escalate problems and customer feedback more generally, to the engineering team, product managers, and other departments
• Maintain a detailed understanding of DoiT’s products and services and customer use cases to advise customers on how to leverage Doit solutions more effectively

Senior Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of accounts, leveraging automated playbooks and workflows to help customers achieve value through all phases of the customer journey, including: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
• Deliver one-to-many customer training and education sessions on the DoiT console. Host one-to-many office hours for customer Q&A
• Use customer insights surfaced through our Customer Success tooling to analyze customer sentiment and propensity for growth. Identify strategic customers for account planning and additional human outreach
• Support the Account Management team by sharing key insights into adoption and sentiment, with an emphasis on account growth and creation of deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects)
• Manage customer escalations, Identify risk, and build relevant mitigation plans in collaboration with Account Management and CS leadership

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support requests; document all issues in DoiT tooling
• Communicate impacting issues to account and product support teams; manage multiple open issues
• Create knowledge base articles, FAQs, and videos; collaborate with technical writers and engineers to enhance documentation
• Maintain exceptional communication and positive business relationships with DoiT customers and team members.
