Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal, consistently hitting and exceeding quota and pipeline targets
• Help define the North America go-to-market motion for a new product line. ICP, messaging, objection handling, pricing posture, all of it
• Build the first wave of reference customers and case studies the rest of the GTM org will run on
• Develop and execute a regional strategy that identifies high-growth opportunities and untapped markets across North America
• Build deep, mutually valuable relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and expand market share
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve the toughest technical challenges prospects face
• Maintain rigorous forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure every proposal reflects the quality of what we actually deliver
• Guide customers from initial curiosity through contract execution, setting them up for a world-class onboarding experience
• Feed real customer signal back to product and marketing every week. In a founding team, that loop is the job

Founding Account Executive, Stealth Product

Marketing

• Follow up with inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and content.
• Staff booths when required and represent the brand professionally.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and cloud needs.
• Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.
• Maintain high inbound conversion rate and strong SLA adherence (speed to lead performance).
• Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Be an expert in tooling while maintaining clean data hygiene.

Marketing Development Representative

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines using Go and cloud-native technologies.
• Lead system-wide architectural decisions, focusing on data flow, performance, and resilience. Actively contribute to the codebase with high quality code.
• Lead major technical initiatives, reduce technical debt and ensure the platform meets the reliability and scalability SLAs. Champion best engineering practices, code quality, testing and maintainability.

• Develop a deep understanding of our business, our cloud management platform, support and services and how they help our clients, and their needs.
• Maintain knowledge, context and ownership of the customers you are responsible for and own communication with the respective vendor teams in a way to show value and potential opportunities for revenue growth.
• Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction is of the highest level.
• Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing the requirements of the customer, the vendor and the company's interests.
• Identify New workload opportunities within Customer’s Cloud Environment / SaaS solutions.
• Establish a regular cadence with the complete portfolio of your customers as part of your book of business. Balancing the requirements of large strategic customers and fast-growing emerging clients.
• Help aggregate customer feedback that ensures our products & solutions closely align with customer needs and requests.
• Provide customer feedback and requests to engineering teams to provide greater market/customer context and help prioritize deliverables within active development cycles.
• Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking active project timelines, projected spending on respective cloud platforms and feedback on DoiT support & engagement.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key cloud providers to ensure alignment on customer engagements.
• Identify Cost Optimization opportunities within the Customer Cloud environment
• Work with Cloud Vendors Sales Rep on mutual customers.

Solutions Engineer

• Collaborating with the Account Executive to understand the prospect's technical environment
• Owning and driving the technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Developing and delivering compelling product demonstrations
• Leveraging analytical skills to develop business cases and robust ROI analyses
• Becoming the go-to expert within the company for the platform
• Taking full ownership of the technical win for engagements
• Representing the company at events and industry conferences
• Ensuring timely entry of data into internal business support solutions

• Collaborating with the Account Executive to thoroughly understand the prospect's technical environment, Kubernetes challenges, cost optimization goals, and key business objectives through in-depth technical discovery sessions.
• Owning and driving the technical validation and Proof of Concepts (POCs) specifically for PerfectScale. This includes meticulous POC preparation, proactive management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes, demonstrating clear value and alignment with prospect requirements.
• Developing and delivering compelling and tailored PerfectScale platform demonstrations to prospects, effectively showcasing its capabilities and addressing their specific use cases and concerns.
• Leveraging your analytical skills and deep understanding of Kubernetes to develop compelling business cases and robust ROI analyses that clearly articulate the tangible value, cost savings, and performance improvements achievable with PerfectScale.
• Becoming the go-to expert within the company for PerfectScale, ensuring prospects achieve optimal results and a seamless implementation experience.
• Taking full ownership of the technical win for PerfectScale engagements, guiding prospects through the technical evaluation process, addressing all technical requirements, and building technical confidence in the solution.
• Representing DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences, delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to a wider audience, showcasing our Kubernetes optimization expertise and platform capabilities.
• Ensuring timely entry of data into internal business support solutions. Contribute to systems and tools to provide key business information and metrics to highlight performance and effectiveness.

• Owning and driving the technical validation and Proof of Value (POV) exercises for SELECT. This includes meticulous POC preparation, proactive management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes, demonstrating clear value and alignment with prospect requirements.
• Tailoring and delivering compelling SELECT platform demonstrations to prospects, effectively showcasing its capabilities and addressing their specific use cases and concerns.
• Leveraging analytical skills and deep understanding of Cloud Data Platform to develop compelling business cases and robust ROI analyses that clearly articulate the tangible value, cost savings, and performance improvements achievable with SELECT.
• Becoming the go-to expert within the company for SELECT, ensuring prospects achieve optimal results and a seamless implementation experience.
