Technical Product Owner – Core Services

Account Manager

• Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for DoiT's TSD partner portfolio, acting as their primary point of contact across commercial, technical, and operational matters.
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at TSD partners — including partner principals, channel managers, sales teams, and technical leads.
• Conduct regular business reviews with TSD partners to assess performance, align on pipeline, and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent DoiT at partner events, industry conferences, and TSD-hosted summits to strengthen brand presence and deepen relationships.
• Identify and target prospective sub-agent partners within the TSD ecosystem, building a robust recruitment pipeline of high-potential agents.
• Lead outbound prospecting efforts through direct outreach, TSD partner events, industry networks, and hyperscaler referrals.
• Own the full activation journey from first contact through signed agreement, onboarding, and first deal — ensuring new sub-agents are set up for early success.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all prospecting activity, partner status, and activation milestones in CRM.
• Lead compelling, confident introductory pitches of DoiT’s solutions to prospective sub-agents without requiring technical support in the room.
• Work with the sub-agent on executing customer deal registration for DoiT’s solutions.
• Work alongside the Channel Account Executive to track all customer deal registrations and opportunities from qualification through close.

• Receive, qualify, and own all customer opportunities referred through DoiT's agent and affiliate partner network, managing each deal from first engagement through close.
• Run the full sales cycle end-to-end — discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution — with a consistent focus on speed and quality.
• Sell DoiT's complete solution portfolio to end customers, including DoiT Cloud Intelligence, PerfectScale, SELECT, and Attribute, positioning the right combination of products against each customer's specific cloud cost, operations, and optimization challenges.
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly quota and pipeline targets.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to deeply understand customer pain points across FinOps, CloudOps, Kubernetes optimization, cloud cost management, and multicloud complexity.
• Deliver compelling, tailored solution pitches that articulate clear business value and differentiate DoiT's portfolio against competing offerings.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to address complex technical requirements, architect the right solution, and ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially competitive.
• Guide customers from initial referral through contract execution and into a world-class onboarding experience, ensuring strong handoffs to the Customer Success team.

Channel Account Executive – Agent & Affiliate

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build the data foundation for the CFO Financial Review Pack each month — actuals vs. budget tables, cost centre breakdowns, headcount summaries, and all supporting charts — ensuring the team has clean, accurate data ahead of every close deadline
• Identify and flag material variances proactively as they emerge, providing the analytical signal that drives the team's commentary and insights
• Own the end-to-end financial review pack for a defined portfolio of departments: pull the data, build the pack, and write preliminary commentary on key movements
• Attend monthly review meetings with your department heads, acting as their primary Finance contact and building genuine working relationships over time
• Produce the monthly payroll cost analysis: actuals vs. budget by department, full headcount reconciliation across hires, leavers, contractors and open roles, and a forward-looking run-rate estimate
• Produce the monthly non-payroll cost analysis: a GL-level review of all non-people spend, with material variances and one-off items clearly identified
• Maintain the Cost Centre Budget Tracker, keeping it current with locked actuals and flagging any department tracking materially ahead of or behind their budget

• You will have the opportunity to put your fingerprints on the organization by leading the development of our global Deals Desk team; driving the strategy behind, and owning every aspect of, the end-to-end deal desk process
• You will form a close partnership with Legal, acting as strategic advisors to the Sales and Finance teams - serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader on matters of complex/creative deal structuring, leveraging partner pricing strategies, contract negotiations, deal reviews, and quote/contract management
