• The Staff Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting of ten to twelve properties.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and other supporting schedules.

• Review income statements and provide variance analysis.

• Ensure all inbound materials ordered comply with policy
• Manage claims for freight and damages directly with vendors
• Verify all inbound material receiving attachments to comply with the company's policy
• Enter final pricing and support accounting for verification of purchase orders

QA Compliance Coordinator

Accounting Manager

• Entering data and ensuring the accuracy of financial information in accounting software
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Monitoring and tracking company expenses and budgets
• Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow

• Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.

• Understand the imprint limitations on promotional products and the limitations of each decoration method.
• Develop design concepts and plans in line with resource, budgetary, and timeline requirements.
• Review the final layouts and suggest improvements while adhering to brand guidelines and exploring creative possibilities.
• Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive on time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.
• Work closely with clients’ ideas and manage their expectations.
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

Senior Graphic Designer

Operations

• Support partner brands by managing backend project coordination and handling customer interactions
• Assist sales executives in delivering exceptional promotional product solutions
• Maintain margins workbook with current information including pricing and product details
• Prepare, update and maintain product presentations with product descriptions and features
• Provide sales support for Enterprise house accounts and traveling sales representatives
• Enter and track operational items in NetSuite or other CRM systems as required

Sales and Order Operations Support

Project Manager

• Provide coordination for projects involving Global Trade solutions through the entire project life cycle.
• Provide project timelines and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the quality of the project deliverables, including functional specifications, global trade compliance requirements.
• Build relationships with partners, understand their capabilities, document their offering, and process improvement recommendations to improve quality, reduce risk, promote efficiency, and encourage compliance.
• Compile data to provide reporting and visual representation.
• As an integral member of the corporate Global Trade Management team, may perform other duties on a collateral basis, as assigned by the VP of Global Sourcing, Import Compliance, and Logistics.

Global Solutions Project Coordinator

• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
• Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos
• Processing credit card payments for customer’s accounts
• Handling the orders requiring pre-payment
• Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
• Releasing orders from credit hold, following company policy and procedures

• Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use
• Full Production-level process involves going into the vendor’s site and preparing artwork layouts that account for proper sizing and imprint methods, ensuring they are ready for production
• Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
• Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof
• Sending proof to customers for review and approval
• Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays
• Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions
• Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements
