About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability
Create proposals, quotes, and opportunities
Create presentation formats and compile data for the preparation of sales presentations
Document all order-related activities in various systems
Send follow-ups with suppliers on orders
Ensure up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails
Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors
Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficient in iSuite software
Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
Graphic design knowledge is a plus
