About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and review various accounting reports such as revenue, expense, and variance reports.
Review, post, and prepare journal entries, including period-end accruals.
Oversee the reconciliation of various bank accounts.
Process outgoing check batches.
Handle lease administration, including abstracting leases.
Respond to client, vendor, and tenant inquiries.
Conduct financial analysis, including revenue forecasting.
Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
2-3 years of related accounting experience and/or training is required.
Commercial real estate accounting experience is preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
Strong familiarity with accounting software is a must.
Hands-on experience with commercial real estate accounting software (preferably Yardi Voyager).
