Sales Development Rep

• Acquire a thorough knowledge of the Corsearch Brand Protection offering
• Familiarize yourself with the threats and criminal activity that occurs via counterfeit activity
• Acquire skills that will allow you to conduct research on companies to determine if they need a brand protection program
• Gather and prospect leads independently, undertaking research on key decision makers and calling & emailing them to ascertain need and interest
• Utilize Prospecting tools such as Salesloft and Salesforce in outbound efforts
• Qualify interest and leads to schedule appointments and demonstrations for Sales Executives
• Generate fresh leads through creative social selling
• Capitalize on warm leads by liaising closely with Sales and Marketing
• Build and manage your own pipeline of leads
• Proactively contribute to campaign ideas, suggestions, and execution
• Shadow and participate in early-stage meetings with Sales Executives with a view to your progression

Sales Development Representative

• Manage department inbox and ensure all emails/requests are responded and actioned in a timely manner

• Participate in the drafting of questionnaires
• Control and manage field research in collaboration with service providers: launching field studies, validating test links, checking quotas, closing the field, checking data

Transformation Manager

Account Executive

• Work closely with the SDR & Marketing teams to follow up on Sales Qualified Leads generated
• Prospect new accounts, generating your own pipeline by making first contact via email and call outreach to develop sales opportunities with non-clients
• Lead discovery conversations with customers to identify pain points, quantify business impacts and understand frustrations with their current situation
• Work with Sales Engineering to provide demos of each of the products, conduct advanced discovery and solution design with the customer
