About the role
- Immerse in different areas of the business to diagnose issues, translate insights into concrete solutions, and own implementation until impact is realized
- Lead high-impact value-creation projects in brand and content protection using First Principle Thinking
- Define clear project plans, build robust business cases, and size potential impact of initiatives
- Manage stakeholders across divisional structure to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Track implementation and own outcomes until measurable results are achieved
- Work alongside senior leaders to deliver cross-organizational priorities and break down silos
- Champion Corsearch’s 'Idea Lab' culture, promoting evidence-based debate and constructive challenges
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or in a strategic project/transformation management role within a fast-growing technology company
- Proven track record of designing and delivering improvement projects with measurable, bottom-line outcomes
- Broad exposure across business disciplines, with a demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering results in a dynamic, matrixed environment
