Sales Engineer

• Partner with Account Executives to execute winning sales strategies aligned with customer needs.
• Lead the charge in uncovering a prospect’s unique business issues, objectives, and operational hurdles.
• Perform deep-dive research into how a prospect’s products and trademarks are represented online.
• Using advanced analytical tools, identify specific threats and translate raw data into a narrative that highlights the urgent need for Brand Protection.
• Prepare and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the Corsearch platform.
• Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to provide hands-on evidence of our platform’s benefits.
• Contribute to the global sales engineering playbook by identifying long-term market trends and collaborating with team members to 'raise the game.'

Machine Learning Engineer

• Develop and optimize machine learning models with a focus on computer vision (e.g., image recognition, object detection) and NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition).
• Train and fine-tune deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for tasks such as reverse image search, image-text matching, and online content analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and system performance.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to improve the accuracy and performance of AI solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines for the ingestion and processing of image and text data for model training and evaluation.
• Continuously monitor the performance of models in production, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.

Research Analyst

• Investigate & Analyse - Dive into online marketplaces, e-commerce sites, and social media to spot infringing content.
• Execute Enforcement - Collaborate with online platforms, e-commerce sites, and hosting providers to initiate takedown procedures.
• Collaboration - Work closely with Client Management teams to achieve clients' brand protection goals, providing insights and updates on specific cases.
• Trend Reporting - Review enforcement reports, identify trends, and provide context around unusual activities, helping to refine strategies and improve services.
• Strategic Input - Suggest improvements to approaches, including shifts in focus, investigative targets, or adjustments to enforcement methods.
• Adapt & Innovate - Take on program-specific tasks and adapt to changing priorities, contributing fresh ideas to enhance processes.
