  • The Role
  • Define and communicate the long-term technical vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy.
  • Partner with product, design, and data leaders to ensure engineering efforts accelerate business impact and user value.
  • Build and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering organization, nurturing leaders and teams to thrive in a culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Drive architectural decisions and infrastructure evolution to support a secure, resilient, and mobile-first platform.
  • Champion modern engineering practices, including agile development, platform observability, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a key voice in cross-company strategy discussions, advocating for technical opportunities and trade-offs.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning, inclusion, and excellence across the engineering organization.

Requirements

  • What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven success as a Director of Engineering or equivalent leadership role in a B2B SaaS or edtech company.
  • Strong track record of scaling platforms and engineering organizations through rapid growth.
  • Expertise in infrastructure, architecture, and building cross-platform, mobile-first applications.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable, measurable outcomes.
  • Experience leading agile, product-focused teams that deliver high-quality solutions at pace.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the organization.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations and API ecosystems is highly valuable.
