• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and departments, from job intake to offer and hire
• Lead or contribute to recruitment-related projects, applying your program management skills to deliver impact at scale
• Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to define and execute effective hiring strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor by translating market insights and candidate feedback into actionable recommendations
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across different functions
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional process
• Drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process, including employer branding initiatives (e.g. early careers and graduate programs)
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of recruitment infrastructure, including onboarding processes and ATS systems
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and increase effectiveness

• Je eigen projecten waar je van A tot Z de verantwoordelijkheid hebt (incl schrijven van teksten)
• Ondersteunen van teamgenoten bij diverse marketingprojecten (van evenementen en PSV-activaties tot het schrijven van teksten voor de website)
• Verzorgen van de ticketing en het (mede) ontvangen van onze gasten in de GoodHabitz skybox bij PSV
• Meedenken over en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van marketingcampagnes voor de Benelux
• Analyseren van campagneresultaten en rapporteren van inzichten aan het team
• Ondersteunen van contentcreatie voor social media en andere marketingkanalen

• Jouw doel: samen met jouw klanten de gewenste business resultaten behalen.
• Je begeleidt de implementatie, maakt samen met de klant een plan van aanpak.
• Je monitor regelmatig de resultaten.
• Je communiceert feedback van klanten terug aan de interne organisatie.
• Evalueren van resultaten, identificeren van risico’s en spotten van commerciële kansen.
• Het volledige verlengingsproces van de klant met als doel je commerciële targets te halen of overtreffen.
