Manage department inbox and ensure all emails/requests are responded and actioned in a timely manner
Support Investigations Operations department on all administrative duties required
Coordinate and instruct test purchases both internally and externally ensuring they are recorded on the internal case management system along with financial tracking
Create/Update/Manage cases on the internal Case Management system ensuring all relevant data is inputted and recorded accurately
Manage and Input financial data and tracking
Generate and update regular reports highlighting department metrics and KPIs
Coordinate and oversee offline investigative cases with external partners globally
Support Law Enforcement relations and Corsearch’s Criminal Referral Program

Previous experience of data entry role
Good coordinating skills

Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
Good knowledge in Google tools (Slack / Sheets / Docs / Slides) and Slack
Ability to handle large volumes of data
A plus is if you have experience working with Case Management tools
Preferred but not essential, investigation and/or law enforcement experience
Experience of working focused with screen activities full days
