💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for US employees and managers on HR matters
- Advise on employee relations, performance, policies, and employee relations cases
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist payroll team with US payroll via ADP, including processing and tax compliance
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with retirement/401(k) inquiries
- Manage HR administration: onboarding, terminations, I-9s, E-Verify, W-2 distribution
- Maintain and update HR policies and handbooks; support rollout of People initiatives
- Partner with People Partnering Directors and Global People team on projects (talent reviews, engagement surveys, DEI, learning programs)
Requirements
- HR Generalist or Junior HRBP experience within the US
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law
- Experience with benefits administration
- Experience with retirement plans, including 401(k) contributions and support
- Payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Familiarity with W-2 management and tax reporting
- Experience with I-9 verification and E-Verify
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, comfortable in fast-paced, growing organization
