• Address and resolve daily payroll processing issues
• Provide direction and guidance to direct reports, site payroll assistants, and HR personnel
• Make payroll process changes for efficiency and compliance
• Oversee distribution of paychecks and payroll runs
• Participate in selection of departmental personnel
• Recommend and approve personnel actions
• Monitor direct report performance and provide coaching

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of DOL and FLSA, and state payroll regulations
Knowledge of LTI plans, ex-pat processing, relocation activities
8+ years experience in a large payroll processing environment
8+ years experience with payroll processing for multiple states, and leading multi-location and multi-EIN payroll processing
5+ years direct experience with payroll tax processing and related activities, including year-end, W-2
5 years+ management and leadership experience
Ex-Pat payroll processing and related activities
Working experience with 401k and other benefit plans, LTI and deferred compensation activities, and relocation
Workday and TimeHub experience
