About the role
- Immerse yourself in different areas of the business to diagnose issues, translate insights into concrete solutions, and own the implementation until impact is realized
- Lead high-impact projects in brand and content protection by applying First Principle Thinking to deconstruct complex challenges and design innovative solutions
- Define clear project plans, build robust business cases, and size the potential impact of initiatives
- Manage stakeholders across our divisional structure, ensuring alignment and seamless execution
- Track implementation and own measurable outcomes until results are achieved
- Partner with senior leaders across the company to deliver on cross-organizational priorities and break down silos
- Champion the "Idea Lab" culture by modelling evidence-based debate, constructive challenges, and a low-ego approach to problem-solving
- Lead value creation projects in brand and content protection: define plans, design and size solutions, manage stakeholder implementation, and track/manage implementation and impact
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or in a strategic project/transformation management role within a fast-growing technology company
- Proven track record of designing and delivering improvement projects with measurable, bottom-line outcomes
- Broad exposure across business disciplines, with a demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering results in a dynamic, matrixed environment
- Experience managing stakeholders across divisional structures
- Experience applying First Principle Thinking and building business cases
