Supply Chain Analyst

Manager

• Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
• Lead the creation and continuous refinement of the master RDD Deployment Methodology Playbook.
• Develop, release, and maintain standardized program assets, including Project Charters, RACI Matrices, and Standardized Bid Intake Documents.
• Act as the administrator for the single source of truth for all program artifacts, ensuring strict version control and accessibility.
• Manage the Process Change Request (PCR) lifecycle, evaluating field-suggested improvements and integrating them into the global standard.

• Execute semi-annual "pruning cycles" to remove legacy or inefficient processes, keeping the operating model lean and high-velocity.
• Conduct audits of active sites to verify adherence rates to internal project quality control checkpoints and the RDD standard.

Change Enablement Manager

• Match the corresponding purchase orders/supporting documentation to incoming invoices in our ERP system
• Prepare monthly vendor statement reconciliation, investigate and follow-up on the queried and escalated items
• Prioritize the processing of non-FTM invoices, manually book and/or investigate further
• Notice opportunities for automation for invoice processing, identify issues and ask for support
• Provide excellent customer service by answering emails and incoming stakeholder calls within the agreed SLA
