About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the operations and performance of multiple Service Centers
- Providing direct leadership to three Service Center Leads
- Ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project scope delivery
- Driving continuous improvement across facilities
- Managing accurate inventory and logistics
- Acting as a bridge between Service Center operations and senior leadership
- Delivering operational insights, performance metrics, and customer readiness updates to leadership
- Collaborating cross-functionally for workflow enhancements and space utilization strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing multiple warehouse, service center, or logistics teams across multiple locations
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems (HCAP preferred), audit requirements, and facility optimization strategies
- Demonstrated success in people management, process standardization, and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication skills, strategic problem-solving, and ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with high-value equipment handling, shipping, and compliance
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands.
