Sales Associate

Consultant

• Lead the design and estimation process for structured cabling and infrastructure solutions
• Produce detailed bids and cost models for tenders, working closely with Account and Solutions teams
• Engage directly with customers to provide expert input, attend meetings, and present solutions
• Provide technical authority across a wide range of projects, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
• Apply best practices and industry standards such as BICSI to ensure quality and compliance in all design work
• Support solution development across various technologies including IP-connected devices, WiFi, AV, and CCTV
• Deliver accurate, scalable, and commercially sound designs using CAD, Bluebeam, and estimation tools

Executive

• Partners with team members to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Computacenter values
• Collaborates with Inside Sales management and team members as well as other cross functional teams on an as needed basis regarding customer projects and orders

• Lead the operational delivery of onsite and field services, ensuring services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs and customer expectations.

• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for service performance, escalations and improvements.
