About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical services and support for network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Internal systems, cloud and network infrastructure support
  • Technical support for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint
  • Support virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Remote access solutions
  • Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
  • Work escalated support issues related to Microsoft’s core business solutions
  • Perform network assessments, security audits and new client consultations
  • Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
  • Communication with customers as required
  • Be available for other engineers and coach them to resolution
  • Lead and train all site technical resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role or 3 years of experience working in Managed Services
  • Experience with security
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
