About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical services and support for network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Internal systems, cloud and network infrastructure support
Technical support for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint
Support virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Remote access solutions
Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
Work escalated support issues related to Microsoft’s core business solutions
Perform network assessments, security audits and new client consultations
Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
Communication with customers as required
Be available for other engineers and coach them to resolution
Lead and train all site technical resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role or 3 years of experience working in Managed Services
Experience with security
Legal authorization to work in the United States
