Key responsibilities & impact

Support customers and their users across Europe
Prepare customer facing quotations by working with our Partner network
Keep contact with internal service providers for sales order processing
Ensure accurate & efficient sales order entry
Manage customer, account, order, and invoices queries
Contribute to continuous improvement projects
Support standard customer reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year experience in a customer service related position
Fluent in English + French
Strong administrative skills
Good communication skills
Ability to learn, develop and grow in a fast-paced environment
A high degree of adaptability and flexibility in your approach
Knowledge of the major IT manufacturers and their products
Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
Experience in Sales Support is an advantage
Quote order management experience is an advantage
