About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a communications strategy for India aligned with global communications objectives and local business priorities.
- Act as the primary communications advisor to India leadership, providing guidance on internal and corporate communications.
- Lead internal communications planning and delivery, including leadership messaging, employee engagement initiatives, all-hands meetings, change communications, and channel management.
- Partner with HR and business services teams to support organizational, culture, policy, and employee-focused communications.
- Drive the local execution of Computacenter's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing, careers content, candidate communications, and employer brand campaigns.
- Identify and manage employer branding awards and recognition opportunities across the India market.
- Create and coordinate compelling communications content across multiple formats, including articles, presentations, digital assets, social media content, and event materials.
- Ensure all communications adhere to Computacenter's brand standards, tone of voice, and corporate identity guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and collaborate with global communications teams to align local and global initiatives.
- Provide communications support for business events, recognition programs, awards submissions, and other strategic projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 12+ years of experience in corporate communications within an international organization.
- Experience across internal communications, employer branding, and external communications activities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies while managing day-to-day communications delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising and influencing senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience supporting employer brand, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, or candidate engagement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and establish new processes and functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality communications.
- Experience working within a listed company, regulated environment, or corporate governance framework.
- Understanding of the technology industry and related market trends.
- Experience supporting change management or business transformation communications.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
