About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and propose solutions to improve performance and satisfaction within SAP and GTS Operations
Support complex issues related to purchasing processes, tools, and systems
Provide support in key Inside Sales functions including complex order placement and management
Provide day-to-day training and serve as a source of knowledge and guidance to the Inside Sales team
Assist sales teams to evaluate their requirements and determine solutions
Communicate and collaborate closely with Inside Sales teams to drive improvements
Create and update SAP documentation for the Inside Sales team
Communicate, document, and demonstrate new processes and business change request releases
Attend, participate, and communicate outcomes from discovery sessions, meetings, and conferences
Ensure business processes are aligned to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Perform testing on tool enhancements and processes
Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives
Identify process improvements and advise on EDI integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Legally eligible to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
Requires 2-5 years of experience building queries in SAP
Extensive SAP Experience In: Material Master, Purchasing of SD module, API integration, SRM, SAP or ERP implementation experience
Strong knowledge and experience of SAP, Salesforce CRM, MS Office and MS Teams
Excellent attention to detail
Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good self-organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
Can build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm
Resilience, and able to deal with stressful situations
Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills
Demonstrate an understanding of product supply chains
Willingness to travel
