People Partner

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations advice for all Retail employees and managers, providing comprehensive advice and guidance in line with current legislation, best practice and Company policies and procedures.
• Advise and coach managers across the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to family leave, probation, performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance, salary, and promotion queries, working collaboratively with the wider People team.
• Actively work with line managers to drive and support all absence and long-term sickness, ensuring the correct process is consistently followed and all appropriate follow up actions are taken.

• - Establish and maintain amazing and collaborative relationships at all levels within your designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to ensure that the Charlotte Tilbury brand is positioned to deliver more than its due share of voice, visibility and exposure.
