• Serve as the primary program lead for large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives, including data center, network, cloud, and base infrastructure transformation efforts
• Lead program execution from initial planning through delivery and operational transition, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, scope, schedule, and budget
