• Process priority inside‑sales transactions for customers generating under $50,000 in annual sales, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities.

• Partner closely with Technical Service, R&D and Product Management to translate customer needs into targeted technical and commercial solutions
