• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures for product area(s)
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer supplemental registrations
• Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for supplemental registrations and label updates with regulatory authorities
• Ensure customer/3rd party agreements/documentation meets internal (Arxada Quality Management System) and external compliance standards
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues
• Support internal and regulatory agency audits
• Clearly communicate in a timely manner and ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic
• Execute process improvement initiatives
• Use CRM/Salesforce or registration tracking software to manage registrations
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Regulatory Assurance Specialist

• Assist the Indirect Tax Compliance Manager with VAT compliance filings.
• Review and improve compliance procedures and controls.
• Support related Indirect Tax planning projects.
• Ensure smooth communication and that deadlines are met with the outsourced compliance provider.
• Perform controls and reconciliations of the VAT GL accounts.
• Work on an indirect tax risk and governance framework and optimize the use of technology.
• Strive for continuous improvement in tax processes and technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
