About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Arxada’s AI security strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap
Define and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions
Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response
Drive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks such as data leakage, model misuse, and prompt injection
Act as the central point of accountability for AI security, engaging stakeholders across business, IT, Legal, and other functions to align on decisions and drive execution
Translate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks aligned with business goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments
Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, including model misuse, data risks, and adversarial threats
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong communication and program management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact
Relevant certifications such as CISSP.
