About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute the global commercial strategy for the energy segment
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically diverse sales and account management team
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic Energy customers
- Drive growth across strategic accounts and new applications
- Partner cross-functionally with various teams to deliver differentiated solutions
- Provide leadership oversight for technical and commercial discussions
- Monitor market trends and represent Arxada at key Energy industry forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field preferred
- Min. 10+ years of progressive commercial experience in energy markets or adjacent specialty chemical or industrial sectors
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams and strategic global accounts
- Strong understanding of energy value chains and operational environments
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel globally (approximately 30–50%)
