About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic sourcing for key raw material categories across US sites, with opportunities to support broader regional and global initiatives
Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting to optimize total cost of ownership and supply reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within a manufacturing environment
Experience working in regulated industries and complex supply chains preferred
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
