Sales Development Rep

Product Operations

• Own our analytics stack (Omni, Amplitude, etc.) end to end: instrumentation standards, event taxonomy, metric definitions, dashboard hygiene, and the NPS/CSAT measurement architecture across each product.
• Own the alpha → beta → GA process and the EPD↔GTM communication that runs on top of it — including the RACI for each phase, the handoff gates, and who tells GTM what and when.
• Manage the communication and process around changes to existing products.
• Own the voice-of-customer feedback loop between GTM, Support, and the product org, including strategic account calls that surface prioritization signals.
• Own new-PM onboarding as a designed program, not an ad-hoc handoff

Application Engineer

• Define and enforce best practices for secure coding, dependency management, and design reviews across engineering teams
• Integrate and manage SAST, DAST, and SCA tools within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Partner with developers on new features and systems to identify risks early in the lifecycle
• Implement best practices for secrets handling, API authentication/authorization, and data protection
• Build security guidelines, training, and reusable libraries/patterns so that teams can ship secure code faster

• Coordinate end-to-end rollout and go-live for Voice AI — launch readiness, run-of-show, and alignment across Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM.
• Drive adoption, not just go-live: make sure new capabilities land with customers and deliver the efficiency, revenue, and guest-experience gains they're built for.
• Run the feedback loop between the field and engineering to bring them into the roadmap.
• Run experiments — A/B tests, phased rollouts, pilots, and early access programs — to validate what works before scaling.
• Own the measurement framework for Voice: define the KPIs that matter and maintain the dashboards the team relies on.
• Partner with Go-To-Market to make each rollout better than the last through process improvements and AI-enabled workflows.

Product Operations Manager, AI Voice

AI Engineer

• Own the technical onboarding and go-live for Canary's Voice AI product — number provisioning, telephony configuration, transfer logic, and testing — running multiple deployments in parallel.
• Run telephony requirements calls with hotel IT, PBX vendors, and carriers, and coordinate number porting and carrier changes for a clean setup.
• Debug routing and call-quality issues hands-on — read SIP logs and diagnose across SIP trunking, SBCs, STIR/SHAKEN attestation, PBX rules, and carrier ownership.
• Serve as the escalation point for live telephony issues post-launch — when a property's calls need attention, you own getting them working again.
• Partner with Product on call flow and escalation design, thinking in terms of modern conversational AI rather than legacy IVR menus.
• Be the internal source of truth on voice/telephony — keep compliance handled (E911, STIR/SHAKEN, TCPA), document setup requirements, and build repeatable processes so onboarding scales.

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Digital Guest Journey — defining what gets built, what doesn't, and why.
• Proactively diagnose high-impact opportunities by synthesizing signals from customers, data, sales, and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain direct, ongoing relationships with hotel operators and enterprise clients to shorten feedback loops and sharpen prioritization between formal research cycles.
• Translate product decisions into business narratives connecting product metrics to company-level outcomes including revenue, margin, and churn.
• Lead technical conversations with engineering and enterprise clients with precision, including system architecture, integration dependencies, and trade-offs.
