Operations

• Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
• Work closely with stakeholders and to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.
• Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle.

• Review, monitor, and develop complex layouts, sketches, plans, specifications and estimates, standards and guidelines, correspondence, and prepare reports.
• Participate in the preparation of technical proposals and labor estimates.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Efficiently manage a team of employees across multiple projects.
• Lead in the formulation of advance technical concepts in proposal development, preliminary design phases, and presentations to client.
• Represent respective projects at meetings and conferences.
• Support efforts in proposal development, project scoping as well as with client relationship.

Director of Operations

Civil Engineer

• Managing the engineering and construction of civil engineering projects
• Coordination and supervision of engineering work performed in water mains and water meters, stormwater, sanitary sewers, general engineering, traffic, and other engineering projects
• Review the Design-Build contractor's plans and specifications for RFP compliance, constructability, and technical correctness
• Coordinate the work of engineering consultants, review and recommend changes and approve plans, specifications, and bidding documents, negotiate change orders, and review and approve payments
• Prepare statements of Qualifications (RFQs) regarding professional engineering, construction inspection, construction management, and materials testing services
• Review, analyze and make recommendations on accepting/rejecting construction contract bids, attend, and assist in coordinating pre-bid, pre-construction, and construction meetings
• Monitor construction contracts and professional services agreements, ensure compliance with those agreements and contracts, and process invoices for work completed under those contracts and agreements.
