About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scheduling activities for Asset Management or Transactional project protocols
- Planning and implementing resource allocation for projects/programs
- Analyzing and deploying the resource pool according to project needs
- Communicating clearly with team members and client representatives
- Managing internal and external field resource pools through a web-based project management system
- Evaluating field capacity against forecasted resource needs
- Analyzing project and program data to evaluate progress, delivery schedules, and potential challenges
- Maintaining responsibility for Client Supplied Materials (CSM) by organizing valid documents
- Assisting field and operations teams with administrative support throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of one year of related experience
- In lieu of degree, two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software
