About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Your mission is to perform mechanical, metallographic and chemical tests on client materials to verify their compliance with applicable standards and required specifications.
  • Prepare the start of test campaigns while strictly following procedures and safety instructions.
  • Carry out chemical tests using spectrometry techniques with rigor and precision.
  • Perform metallographic tests to analyze the microstructure of materials.
  • Conduct mechanical tests to evaluate the physical properties of materials.
  • Write detailed compliance reports using the LIMS system and provide client follow-up in an expert capacity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree (BUT) in Physical Measurements, BTS (Advanced Technician's Diploma) in Chemistry, BUT in Materials Processing, or equivalent.
  • Experience in chemistry, physical measurements, materials or laboratory work.
