• Cultivate and grow account relationships to maximize sales of supplier brands

Sales Representative – Off Premise

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
• Analyzes entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities; completes all necessary surveys and ensures national account compliance where applicable.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company’s priorities and customers’ needs to include new products, well and back bar placements and resets, drink and wine lists, and promotions.
• Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves (where legally permissible).
• Educates account staff on priority brands by administering educational staff training seminars.
• Manages customer account receivables by timely processing of credits and returns and communicating with accounts on aged receivables.
• Services accounts by delivering products to customers in extenuating circumstances, handling customer issues and complaints and referring these issues, as appropriate, to management.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives.
• Strategizes/preplans on how best to achieve objectives by understanding company pricing and product programming information on a monthly basis and maintaining accurate historical account purchase information.
• Understands and works with management on inventory levels by being aware of current inventory and out of stock situations and by alerting management to possible fluctuations in demand.
• Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management.
• Ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards as determined by management and using effective and current point of sale materials when appropriate.
• Obtains payments for company by collecting and delivering checks or other remittance from accounts where legally permissible.
• Supports account openings by developing opening orders for new accounts in collaboration with Field Sales Manager.
• Participates in effective supplier work with sales calls and sales blitzes.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while responsibly handling beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Chain Sales Representative - Off Premise

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support P&L reporting and analysis, increasing focus on distributor spend visibility and ROI of incremental programming
• Work directly with the market sales teams, collecting data/reports and presenting information in a logical format for interpretation by the corporate teams
• Lead strategic initiatives and business processes to foster relationships with internal business partners and suppliers
• P&L Preparation and Analysis: Prepare Monthly Supplier P&L, present to leadership drivers of Revenue, GP and margin variances to LY and Plan for Supplier P&L, monthly
• Identify margin risks and opportunities to contractual requirements to avoid any penalties, while still ensuring distributor margin growth
• Create scenario analysis tools to identify impacts of changes to different elements of the P&L and provide insights to leadership team
• Manage the supplier commitment calculation, and communication of budgets to Finance teams and market finance leadership
• Support BBG margin management initiatives by working with the markets to measure and evaluate the success of program/price adjustments made to improve BBG gross profit and margin
• Collaborate with Net Revenue Managers to evaluate the ROI supplier funded programs to ensure distributor and supplier funds are spent in the most efficient manner to drive margin for both parties
• Report and analyze total and aged inventory, leveraging standard suite of reports and adhoc analysis where needed
• Collaborate with market trade development directors to ensure there are activities in place to reduce aged inventory
• Maintain and update standard suite of analytical tools to identify risks and opportunities leveraging sales data, census data, competitive information, scan data, pricing figures, and industry data

Finance Manager

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and dashboards to Leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitor and analyze operational costs, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost optimization
• Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support decision-making and drive results
• Act as internal consultant to Operations Leaders, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on financial data to enhance performance of Operations
• Work with cross functional teams to implement improvements and ensure consistency in financial data collection and reporting
• Identify, recommend, and drive improvements to processes within the organization to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Partner with consultants and vendors to drive efficiencies and cost savings to the Operations department
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and decision support analysis for special projects, delivering tailored insights to support strategic initiatives, evaluate new business opportunities and provide cost-benefit analyses
• Assist in the development and execution of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with market financial goals
• Review budget proposals for accuracy and assumptions drive financial performance
• Ensure that budgetary assumptions are based on historical trends and reasonable projections
• Work with management to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast/budgets reflect changes in market conditions, business strategy, and operational activities

• Develops materials for supplier planning meetings including reports and presentations
• Requires aggregating and reviewing marketing data, internal sales data split by category, channel, market, customer, and demographic trends
• Partners with other Corporate Commercial Functions (Data Governance and Business Intelligence Teams) to ensure that the category and brand segmentation is accurate and complete, and to test and ensure new Business Intelligence tools are ready for broader market roll-out
• Tracks and manages program execution
• Creates and compiles surveys, Acts as main point of contact during and after survey period
• Ensures survey data is accurate, timely and formatted for easy consumption
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company’s priorities and customers’ priorities

• Collaborate with Chief of Staff and EC to design, implement, and refine project management frameworks supporting Sunbelt’s entities, owners, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving legal, administrative, and governance workflows, driving process improvement and scalable execution.
• Track, report, and present project progress, key risks, and milestones to the Chief of Staff and EC leadership.
• Identify and integrate tools to enhance efficiency, workflow automation, and compliance across legal and administrative processes.
