• Liaises with managers to provide HR input on company strategies and initiatives, and makes recommendations to enhance HR programs and outcomes.

• Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures employee information is handled in accordance with privacy legislation and company policies.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HRIS data (BambooHR), digital files, and HR documentation (SharePoint).
• Supports system troubleshooting, training, payroll updates, and continuous improvement of HRIS functionality.
• Coordinates and organizes FRPD’s participation in career fairs and campus recruitment events at universities and colleges across the Greater Vancouver area, promoting the company to students, alumni, and the broader public to support employer branding and talent attraction.
• Develops, maintains, and updates HR policies, procedures, and health and wellness programs.
• Builds strong working relationships by demonstrating and promoting FRPD’s core values.

Senior Human Resource Generalist

Recruitment

• Execute full cycle recruitment for salaried hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow
• Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team
• Liaise with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs
• Execute strategic programs to identify and attract talent
• Track talent acquisition metrics defined by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to monitor talent acquisition trends and determine potential improvements
• Actively source candidates as appropriate
• Establish strong internal relationships with the business, People & Culture and front-line leadership
• Act as the talent acquisition ambassador for the organization and establish a strong external network and partnerships with agencies, associations, and universities

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Project Manager

• Promote the best interest of the company
• Conduct performance plans and assessments with direct reports
• Maintain high level of morale among direct reports
• Act as coach and mentor to the employees that report to the Project Manager
• Develop project plans in coordination with the owner, and preparation of the cost plan and project schedule (estimate development, value engineering, and cost saving opportunities)
• Responsible for pre-construction activities, including full delivery of a high-quality project
• Continue through the tendering and construction phases of the project ensuring that all aspects are effectively coordinated and completed on schedule, meets the specifications and is under budget
• Participate and be a key contributor in the project development activities to secure the project

• Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality analytics solutions using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data and metrics.
• Apply effective data storytelling principles to transform complex information into clear, compelling, and decision‑ready insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business context, ask the right questions, and translate analytical needs into meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Data & AI Center of Excellence (CoE), helping shape standards, best practices, templates, and shared ways of working.
• Promote data governance concepts by reinforcing trusted metrics, clear definitions, consistent logic, and proper documentation.
