• Perform reconciliations on general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end reporting requirements
• Prepare detailed payroll reports for internal stakeholders
• Interpret collective agreements and ensure compliance
• Lead the payroll accounting team of administrators
• Maintain confidential employee information
