Key responsibilities & impact

Completion for all aspects of client billings as applicable based on project type
Prepare statutory declaration form
Follow up on payment certifications and collections
Preparing journal entries as required
Review and process expense claims
Ensure that month-end deadlines are met
Assist with the requirements of internal and external audit
Ensure compliance with CSOX and IFRS requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting
3 - 5 years’ accounting experience
Strong A/R and A/P background within construction or high-volume accounting environment
Strong Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet time demands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
