• Define and own the roadmap for Commercial P&C products, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex insurance concepts into actionable system requirements.
• Maintain deep knowledge of state-specific insurance rules and ensure product compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Develop and prioritize user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and developers.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and compliance teams to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, workflows, and regulatory mappings.

• Export electronic files from current HRIS and save to HR SharePoint using provided naming convention
• Import files into new HRIS and codify them with HR provided coding
• Validate data and documents for accuracy
• Detail missing information for future review and locating
• Meet targeted weekly metrics for exporting and importing data files
• Maintain documentation tracking report to ensure no documents are missed
• Maintain confidentiality of employee documentation
