• Defining a strategy and creating a 1-2 year roadmap for your assigned areas.
• Knowing the pulse of the market and field including sales, implementation teams and your customers. Incorporate the feedback into the roadmap as appropriate.

• Manage client expectations and meet or exceed time commitments consistently.
• Detect and take immediate action when a client shows signs of increasing frustration. This includes offering a screen-sharing call to better explain unclear concepts and de-escalate situations, by keeping internal stakeholders informed.
• Identify and suggest improvements to help improve and optimize processes utilized by the team.
• When necessary, assist with New Hire Training (team) and New Hire Orientation (corporate).
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product functionality which includes creating/maintaining documentation, performing training, and serving as an escalation point.
• Serve as backup for other team members when they are out of the office.

Technical Success Manager – Tier 2 Support

• As a Trusted Business Partner, you will own the end-to-end operational cadence for your assigned sales segment, with responsibilities across four key areas:
• Inspect & Inform: Proactively monitor sales execution metrics, pipeline health, and forecast trends to identify risks and opportunities. Surface critical insights and flag issues to business stakeholders, translating complex data into a clear narrative that guides strategic conversations.

• Research, compile, and analyze product usage data (e.g., clicks, feature adoption, time-to-value) and A/B test results to identify opportunities for improving the product experience and driving key business metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing product features.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the proper instrumentation and data quality are in place to support product analytics. This includes helping to define tracking specifications for new features.

• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a Procurement subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business units, legal, and finance teams. Provide strategic guidance on negotiation strategy, risk mitigation, and acceptable fallback positions to support business goals.
