Account Executive

• As an Associate Account Director, your core mission is to enable senior sellers to focus on strategic growth and new revenue by owning critical retention and administrative processes.
• Directly manage the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of smaller-sized contracts. This includes timely outreach, negotiation of terms, and contract closure, ensuring zero churn in this segment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing, basic contract questions, and operational support for our Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate closely with senior ADs to assist with strategic tasks, including preparing renewal forecasts for the small-dollar segment, assisting with multi-threading and account mapping documentation, and gathering necessary data to support strategic presentations.
• Proactively monitor customer health metrics for assigned accounts, flagging potential risks related to renewals or usage to the senior AD and Client Success team.
• Become fluent in using our CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools to ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and complete adherence to all internal sales processes.
