Client Success Manager
BazaarvoiceClient Success Manager developing innovative Ratings and Reviews programs for clients in Southern Europe. Collaborating with various internal teams to enhance client relationships and mitigate risks.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing a deep understanding of the client business and their priorities.
- Working with the clients to develop a strategic and innovative Ratings and Reviews and Social Commerce programme that will drive measurable success.
- Analysing your clients’ business goals and matching these with the most impactful Bazaarvoice activity – and partnering with the different teams internally to deliver on this.
- Growing the footprint of the relationship with key stakeholders within client organisations wherever Bazaarvoice’s solution adds value.
- Flag and anticipate churn risk on account renewals. Partner with Sales and other members in the organization to establish and action on mitigation risk plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing clients in Saas, ideally in MarTech (SMB / enterprise clients)
- French native or very fluent is mandatory
- Complete english professional capacity is mandatory
- Bac +5 - Business school degree profile
- Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce and Gainsight) and AI tools
