Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support data collection for workforce planning and monitor the people budget, preparing reports and control spreadsheets.
• Participate in collecting, organizing and validating data for calculating variable compensation.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing documents and regulations related to fixed and total compensation policies.
• Support the update and maintenance of the salary and job structure.
• Compile and consolidate data to create management indicators for the People & Management area.
• Assist in preparing materials and information for managers.
• Support the preparation of training materials and basic information on the methodology for defining and cascading goals.
