About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map and document Payroll (Departamento Pessoal - DP) processes (hiring, termination, payroll, charges, vacation, benefits, timekeeping, eSocial, among others)
  • Design and review operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Prepare, maintain and update manuals, policies and internal procedures
  • Conduct operational training and upskill Payroll teams based on defined processes
  • Ensure standardization and governance of processes, promoting best practices
  • Work on continuous improvement using process management methodologies (e.g., BPM, Lean)
  • Identify, evaluate and implement generative AI and automation solutions in Payroll routines to increase data accuracy and enable predictive indicator analysis
  • Support the implementation and evolution of Payroll/HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor, social security legislation and reporting obligations
  • Interact with areas such as HR, Legal, IT and vendors for process alignment
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Solid experience in Payroll/Personnel (end-to-end routines)
  • Experience in process mapping and process improvement
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.)
  • Experience creating workflows, procedures and training materials
  • Familiarity with process-design tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Analytical, organized and process-oriented profile
  • Strong communication skills and teaching ability for conducting trainings
  • Postgraduate degree (differential)
  • Experience in the real estate market (differential)
