About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing and controlling the area's operational performance.
Monitor reported errors, ensuring they are addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
Ensure operational processes are carried out correctly, consistently, and in compliance with internal policies.
Manage internal and external communication with stakeholders (suppliers, building managers, and internal staff).
Monitor and analyze the area's performance indicators, proposing improvement actions.
Execute Accounts Payable banking transactions, including transfers, reconciliations, payments, and month-end closings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's operational workflows and controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in finance or invoice analysis (preferred).
Proficient in Excel.
Proactive, with an ownership mindset and a results-oriented approach.
