About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing and controlling the area's operational performance.
- Monitor reported errors, ensuring they are addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
- Ensure operational processes are carried out correctly, consistently, and in compliance with internal policies.
- Manage internal and external communication with stakeholders (suppliers, building managers, and internal staff).
- Monitor and analyze the area's performance indicators, proposing improvement actions.
- Execute Accounts Payable banking transactions, including transfers, reconciliations, payments, and month-end closings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's operational workflows and controls.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in finance or invoice analysis (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Proactive, with an ownership mindset and a results-oriented approach.
