About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for processing and controlling movements and billing for medical and dental plans.
- Serve SSC clients via phone and email (tickets).
- Monitor compliance with obligations established in collective bargaining agreements.
- Verify co-payment deductions and monthly fees.
- Process enrollments, terminations and plan changes.
- Generate payment slips (boletos) and forward them to Finance.
- Reconcile billing and maintain weekly control of plan payments.
- Handle cancellation requests and contract migrations.
- Update age-band pricing tables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, HR Management or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) is a plus.
- Previous experience in the role is an advantage.
