About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Full Stack Development: Develop and evolve web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Architecture and Quality: Apply engineering best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and modular architecture to ensure quality and maintainability across the ecosystem.
  • Backend Development: Build and maintain REST APIs using TypeScript, ensuring security, stability, and high availability.
  • Systems Integration: Work on integrations between frontend, backend, databases, and external services.
  • Performance and Scalability: Implement frontend and backend optimization strategies, monitoring, and continuous performance improvements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • AI Applied to Development: Use AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, automate testing, produce technical documentation, and improve productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including state management.
  • Node.js Expertise: Knowledge of Node.js and REST API development.
  • Databases: Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Modern Infrastructure: Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Continuous Integration: Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Innovation Advantage: Familiarity with AI tools for software development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and a genuine interest in technology trends.
  • It will be a plus if you have: knowledge of microservices; experience with messaging systems and event-driven architecture; knowledge of Redis for distributed caching strategies; experience with cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
