Payroll/Personnel Analyst III – Processes and Improvement
Auxiliadora PredialAnalista de Departamento Pessoal III responsible for mapping, standardizing and optimizing HR processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Collaborates closely with various departments in the company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map and document payroll/personnel processes (hiring, termination, payroll, taxes and contributions, vacations, benefits, timekeeping, eSocial, among others)
- Design and review operational workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
- Create, maintain and update manuals, policies, and internal procedures
- Conduct operational training and upskilling for payroll/personnel teams based on the defined processes
- Ensure standardization and governance of processes, promoting best practices
- Drive continuous improvement using process management methodologies (e.g., BPM, Lean)
- Identify, evaluate, and implement generative AI and automation solutions in payroll/personnel routines to increase data accuracy and enable predictive analysis of metrics
- Support the implementation and evolution of payroll/personnel systems
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation and related reporting obligations
- Interact with areas such as HR, Legal, IT, and vendors to align processes
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Intermediate Excel
- Solid experience in payroll/personnel (full-cycle routines)
- Experience in process mapping and improvement
- Knowledge of labor legislation and related obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.)
- Experience creating workflows, procedures, and training materials
- Familiarity with process design tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart)
- Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile
- Good communication skills and didactic ability to conduct training
- Postgraduate degree completed (advantage)
- Experience in the real estate market (advantage)
