Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements and analyze processes with business areas to propose improvements to existing systems.
Serve as the technical focal point between internal departments and software vendors or the development team.
Ensure delivery quality by executing functional tests and performing user acceptance testing for new features.
Manage the backlog of tickets and requests, identify root causes of errors, and follow up on fixes until final resolution and return to the user.
Extract and analyze data using SQL to support decision-making and produce reports for business areas.
Prepare technical documentation and work instructions to keep the team's knowledge up to date.
Provide training to users on new tools or system version updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Systems Analysis, IT, or related fields.
Practical experience in systems analysis and gathering operational requirements.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving and user support.
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic support/maintenance environment.
Prior experience in the real estate market or condominium administration is a plus.
Experience with industry-specific ERPs or financial systems is a plus.
Knowledge of system integration routines and APIs is a plus.
