Brand Manager

• Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy and positioning framework to deliver sustainable share growth
• Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships
• Drive new product development from ideation and concept testing to launch and post-launch evaluation
• Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in-store experiences for On-Trade and Off-Trade
• Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets
• Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Junior Brand Manager: goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development
• Report to the Head of Local and International Premium Brands and collaborate within a cross-functional Marketing Team
