About the role
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IT/OT disciplines
- Troubleshooting and solving engineering/manufacturing challenges using proven techniques
- Supporting site development and the execution of capital projects
- Managing and prioritising maintenance activities with a strong focus on EHS, Food Safety, and production
- Controlling engineering spares stock and helping reduce utility costs through continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, legal standards, calibrations, and safe systems of work
- Maintaining 5S standards in the workshop and wider plant
- Keeping accurate, timely records and supporting engineering audits
Requirements
- Engineering qualifications/experience – ideally in FMCG or the drinks industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP desirable) and confidence with Excel
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to balance individual initiative with team collaboration
- Calm under pressure with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and high standards of professionalism
